Privacy

Bring your own provider. Audio goes straight from your device to the provider you configure. qvoice does not see it, and that provider's terms apply.

qvoice hosted. Audio is sent to our server to be turned into text. We do not store the audio or the text. We keep the recording length and a one-way hash of the audio, to count your usage and avoid charging twice for a retry.

Your account. We store your email address and, if you sign in with GitHub, your GitHub user ID. We ask GitHub only for your identity and your verified primary email. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider.

Payments. Stripe handles payment. We never see your card number.

Your data. Email federicocervelli01@gmail.com to see or delete your account and its data.

Terms

qvoice hosted is provided as is, without a guarantee of availability or accuracy. Transcripts can contain mistakes, so check them before relying on them.

The subscription renews monthly and includes the minutes shown on the pricing section. Unused minutes do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app, and the plan then ends at the close of the paid period.

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack it, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
